The first life of OnPulse originated as MashChart. Before building a new product, we investigated the good and bad of the current system. After examining the code, we realized that the client's desired outcome required a completely new experience.
Countless whiteboard iterations with the client yielded customer journey maps that outlined various touch points users encountered in the system.
Before building a brand, we conducted a thorough investigation of the competitive landscape. After auditing stated and implied promises by the competition, we found a distinct whitespace built on integrity and simplicity - words that are unfortunately not found together in the healthcare space.
A comprehensive set of wireframes were built in tandem with the client and delivered to a third party developer. Detailed annotations of interactions and animations linked each screen as a static state and an interactive Invision demo.
The OnPulse marcom site presented a unique challenge in targeting two distinctly different constituents: Doctors and Patients. Ultimately, physicians surfaced as the primary target in a long term outreach plan to acquire expert utility and feedback.
In less than a week, we delivered an IOS version of the OnPulse product. In order to meet deadlines and budget, we lightly styled the standard iOS UI to facilitate speed to market.
